We stayed in the family cottage of this hotel/ resort for 3 nights with 2 rooms & here below has been our experience. Good things 1st- the rooms are big and spacious, staff is courteous and friendly. Not so good things & worth noting for future travellers - 1) The location of this hotel is 10-15 kms below actual Munnar (Munnar Town), hence if you want to experience the true vibes of Munnar, this hotel will disappoint you 2) the access road to this hotel is extremely steep and even SUVs with front wheel drive will find it difficult to maintain the stability while entering the hotel . Forget about walking in and out of the hotel , as this is more tiring then the actual trekking 3) there is Nothing inside the hotel except for the rooms. Let me explain this ; they have one room for activity, where the Table tennis table is broken, TT bats broken, carrom board not in great shape to use. The 2nd room is for infants/ toddlers playing area, not at all maintained well. 3rd room is for SPA where they will charge you even for the smallest massage. The amphi theatre area is very small & has dog poop every where, & finally there is one view point which is like a medium-sized balcony where we can take some photographs. That's it, there is no "property " as such in this hotel. No gym, No swimming pool, no recreation center. 3) Food is just average - why do I say that, Food in general in Munnar across the restaurants is very good and healthy, keeping that in context, the food served in this hotel was just average. Overall, I & my family were extremely disappointed for the money we paid (2 rooms for 3 nights). I sincerely request all the travelers to explore other options before taking a decision on this hotel.

Stayed in this resort for 2 nights. The ambience is really nice, the cottages from the outside look really amazing however the inside is really disappointing. It definitely needs a good refurbishment or at least maintenance and a very deep cleaning process. Breakfast is ok for locals but less variety for foreigners and for dinner i believe there is only 1 option - the buffet, which i would avoid.

The resort is located exactly 1000mtrs above sea level which gives the finest view of the mountains and the building and are very well maintained. The best part of my stay was the scrumptious breakfast with lot of options and kids play area which is very much essential to keep the kids engaged. Spa was another best thing that is available in-house. Manager Akhil was such a friendly guy and treated us with utmost care. Would highly recommend this for all couples and families. Would definitely visit again for a longer stay.

This is a nice property to have leisure time. Great views from the room. Little far from city and market. Kitchen closes at 10, which makes it a little hard for family with infants. At night the service is too slow.
